In the wake of Tropical Storm Helene’s impacts to these mountains, I thought and prayed long and hard about the direction to go for this week’s podcast. Not knowing when the next broadcast would air on WGCR, and again after much prayer, we take a break from the story of David to go to the book of Job, chapter number 6, and explore the situation in Job’s life, and his unique question “is there any taste in the white of an egg?” My heart is broken for the people impacted by Helene, especially in Western NC.
